Doesn't fit or Damaged? No Problem. Returns are an easy!
To be eligible for a refund, your Radical items must be unused and returned in the original packaging within 30 days.
Follow these instructions to get your return started:
- Visit Radical's Return and Exchange Portal.
- Enter your Order Number along with the Zip Code, Email, or Phone Number listed on your purchase confirmation email.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and the reasons for your return.
- Select the Refund to Payment method option. Click Next for Shipping Instructions.
- Mail the items you wish to return in the original packaging with the shipping carrier of your choice. Make sure to get a shipment tracking number.
- Once we receive your returned items we will email you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Can I exchange my items?
If you find that an item you ordered is the wrong size or is damaged we'd ask you to follow the same instructions as returns listed above. You are welcome to place a new order right away or wait for your return to be processed and refunded.
Late or missing refunds?
- Once you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received and your refund has been issued it may take 3-5 business days to process and show the refund in your account.
- If your refund isn’t showing after 5 business days please reach out to your bank or credit card's customer support services.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
